AI (Adoption): What Missing?
The View from the Inside Out

What role will employees play in the new, utterly transformative world of AI? And for that matter, how will the roles played by executives and managers change, too?

In this talk and the related optional workshop, the focus is on both the big-picture view and the practical realities of adopting AI. To avoid poor input (“slopocalypse”), yes, managers and employees will be called on to become verifiers and alignment specialists: people who ensure that agentic coding tools both suit the creator’s purpose and the receiver’s need for truly valuable results. But even more so, executives must step up to the reality that AI means everyone’s skill sets and mindsets must change.

In moving from the Information Age to that same age on steroids, we’re actually moving into the Empathy Era, where human “soft skills” centered on wisdom and judgment become the value-add for AI. As an executive, are you prepared to adjust? You’ll be more so after this mental landscape-altering perspective is fully absorbed and acted on.

New processes and technology alone don’t transform organizations.
People do.
